Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh fish
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Clean fish and cut into pieces; wash in salted water.
    Coat fish with flour and fry until lightly brown.
    Put oil in saucepan. Add the flour and stir until light brown.
    Add onion and cook until soft.
    Place the tomatoes, pepper and salt.
    Let it cook for 10 minutes.
    Add 1 1/2 cups water and fried fish.
    Simmer over medium heat until thickened and well cooked.
    Serve with boiled rice, yams or potatoes.
