Mother'S Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 crust pie shell
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil raisins and water for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add egg, sugar, flour and salt to raisins, stirring all while it cooks.
    Cook until it thickens and flavor with vanilla.
    Pour into a pie crust and top with crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until desired brownness.
