Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion, sauteed
1/4 c. chopped green pepper, sauteed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. evaporated milk (Milnot)
3 1/2 c. whole kernel corn or 3 ears fresh corn
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Use a flat 4-quart Pyrex baking dish.
Butter bottom and sides of baking dish; sprinkle with sugar.
Mix together and pour into prepared baking dish.
Add the green pepper last of all.
Bake for 1 hour in center of 350\u00b0 oven.
