Country Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 English muffins or baked biscuits
    1/4 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
    2 eggs, scrambled
    gravy from pork drippings*
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Toast English muffins.
    Fry sausage and crumble.
    Layer sausage, cheese, gravy and eggs on muffin.
    Put in hot oven until cheese melts.
