Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
    4 stalks celery
    1 small onion
    1 c. white wine
    2 c. instant rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    crumbled potato chips
Preparation
    Lay the chicken in large piece of foil and put in an 11 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Dice the celery and onion and put around chicken.
    Pour wine over all of it.
    Close foil up tightly and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
