Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    5 c. water
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix broccoli, potatoes, rice, onion, butter and water in a soup pot. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Heat, but do not boil.
