Cherry Surprise Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Separate eggs; beat whites until foamy.
Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar.
Beat yolks in a small bowl with lemon juice until thick. Add 1/4 cup sugar gradually.
Beat until thick and fluffy.
Fold flour mixture into yolks.
Fold yolks into whites.
Spread in a 10-inch plate that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
