Rice-Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box chicken Rice-A-Roni
    4 green onions, finely chopped (tops too)
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    12 pimento-stuffed olives, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped (reserve the juice)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Cook Rice-A-Roni by package directions, omitting the butter. Cool.
    Add onions, peppers, olives and artichokes.
    Mix artichoke liquid with mayonnaise and curry powder; toss with salad lightly. Chill overnight.
