Summer Squash Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, coarsely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. olive oil
    2 medium zucchini squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 c. yellow squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. tomatoes, chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine onion, garlic and oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir frequently.
    Add squash, basil and salt.
    Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until squash is tender.
    Stir constantly.
    Stir in tomatoes.
    Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese.
