Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork chops (I prefer thin ones)
    1 can condensed beef broth or 12 oz. water with 1 1/2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. pineapple chunks, drained (I omit these)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper (I omit this)
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown chops; remove excess grease.
    Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; pour over chops and cook, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until tender.
