Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 3 lb. roast
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. carrots
    6 potatoes
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. seasoned meat tenderizer
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Put oil in heavy pan; brown roast rubbed with meat tenderizer. Add all other ingredients; cover with water.
    Cook slow for 5 hours.
    Can add more vegetables if family is larger than 4.
