Bread Dressing For 15 To 20 Pound Bird - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves bread, cubed (better if several days old)
3 to 5 celery stalks, diced small
2 to 4 eggs
2 large onions, diced small
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
marjoram, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk together.
Cook celery and onion in butter. Mix all ingredients and seasonings to taste.
Dressing should be quite moist.
Stuff into bird or bake in large casserole for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
