Red Beet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. beets
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cocoa to taste
Preparation
    Boil beets and put through blender.
    Mix everything together. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
