Shrimp Marcella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 stick butter
    2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. chicken broth or more
    3/4 c. white Sauterne wine or more
    1 lb. macaroni shells
    2 c. canned, peeled tomatoes, crushed (juice also)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 stick salted butter, melted
Preparation
    In
    a
    large
    saucepan over moderately high heat, saute shrimp in
    1 stick butter until they turn pink.
    Stir in green onions and mushrooms.
    Saute about 7 minutes or until vegetables
    are soft.
    With
    slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to bowl and keep warm.
