Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. water
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
2 1/2 c. chopped potatoes
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 large onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) mixed vegetables with green beans (frozen)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook first 7 ingredients 30 minutes with pan covered.
After mixture begins to boil, add chicken soup, water (to rinse out cans) and Velveeta cheese.
Cook until all cheese is melted.
Serve with Mexican cornbread.
