Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cans (17 oz. size) dark red kidney beans, drained
    1 can tomato soup
    28 oz. can chopped tomatoes
    2 cans (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. or more chili powder to taste
Preparation
    Easy, particularly with a good can opener at hand.
    Saute and set aside the onions and beef, using a 5-quart crock-pot.*
    Add the kidney beans, tomato soup, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and chili powder.
    Cook in crock-pot on high for about 4 hours, then on low for about 45 minutes.
    Taste, perhaps adding a bit of sugar if desired, starting with very small quantity.
    If you prefer a spicier chili, add a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
