Danish Klyner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cardamon
    3 eggs
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1 lb. lard
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Combine eggs, butter and cream. Mix together.
    Form into ball and refrigerate dough in refrigerator overnight.
    Roll out on floured board to 1/4-inch.
    Cut into diamond shape with slit in center.
    Turn one end through the slit. Place on cookie sheet and return cutouts to refrigerator.
    Melt lard in an electric frypan and fry cookies until golden brown.
