Crab Meat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

standard pie crust or 1 (9-inch) deep pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. crab meat
2 (8 oz.) c. Cheddar cheese shredded
1/3 c. onion, chopped
Preparation

Line a quiche dish with standard pie crust and bake 5 minutes at 400\u00b0 or use one 9-inch deep pie crust and bake it in aluminum pan it comes in. Combine remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
