Seafood Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry white wine
    1 bay leaf
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    2 ribs celery
    1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) lobster
    12 medium size shrimp
    24 mussels
    12 sea scallops
    4 c. heavy cream
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 c. fresh spinach, chopped
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Note: May substitute 2 pounds crabmeat for lobster.
