Glorified Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10-inch) unbaked pie crust
2 1/2 c. fresh peaches
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation

Line 10-inch pie plate with a crust.
Sprinkle tapioca over crust.
Spread sliced peaches over crust and sprinkle half the sugar over peaches.
Mix remaining sugar with flour and butter. Add eggs and mix well.
Pour over peaches.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until custard is set.
