Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 stick butter or 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine
3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
3 or 4 slices Velveeta, each 1/4-inch thick
1/2 c. or more Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing
Preparation

Cook spinach according to directions, drain thoroughly.
In separate pan, melt 1/2 stick butter, cream cheese and Velveeta. Mix in spinach.
Put in casserole dish.
Melt remaining butter in pan and mix in stuffing and put on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
