Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 large chopped bell pepper
    1 large chopped onion
    3 or 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2/3 can cream-style corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour half of the mixture into a greased pan, then sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese on top.
    Pour in the rest of the batter and top with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
