Bacon-Date Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bacon
    dates
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cut each strip of bacon in half.
    Fry until limp but not crisp.
    Wrap around a pitted date which may or may not be filled with a nut.
    Secure with a toothpick.
    Place in broiler and cook until bacon is crisp.
    Serve hot.
