Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
1 stick melted butter
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
grated cheese (if desired)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a 2-quart casserole and bake for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0. If you are adding the cheese, do it now. Continue to bake for another 10 minutes or so until the casserole is golden brown and firm. Cut in squares to serve.
