Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes
    pinch of salt
    2 or 3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook and mash sweet potatoes.
    While potatoes are still hot, add margarine, salt, sugar, eggs and milk.
    Mix all together, then add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Pour filling into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes; reduce to 350\u00b0 for 25 more minutes.
