Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar thoroughly.
Blend in eggs, bananas and vanilla.
Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Add to banana mixture, alternating with buttermilk, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Add nuts and mix.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, or until done.
