Hush Puppies(To Serve With Fish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
6 Tbsp. chopped onion

Preparation

Mix and drop by small spoonfuls into hot grease (fish has been fried in).
When done, they will float to the top of the grease. Drain on paper toweling.
