Parker House Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour
    melted butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar and butter in bowl; add hot milk.
    Cool; add yeast.
    Let sit for 5 minutes.
    Add flour and salt.
    Dough will be soft.
    Knead very little.
    Let dough rise in bowl.
    Press out to 1 inch thick; cut with large cutter.
    Dip in melted butter; fold in half.
    Place on 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
