Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Cream margarine and shortening together.
    Add sugar; beat well.
    Add eggs, one at a time; mix well after each addition.
    Sift flour and salt.
    Add lemon to milk.
    Add 1/2 of flour and 1/2 of milk to egg mixture; mix.
    Add remaining flour and milk; beat for about 15 minutes.
    Pour into tube pan; bake for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool for 10 minutes; turn out on cake plate.
