Smooth Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. whole pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugars, corn syrup, water and vinegar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
    Boil 2 minutes.
    Add butter, butterscotch chips, vanilla and pecans.
    Stir until butterscotch chips are melted. Drop from tablespoon onto waxed paper.
    Makes about 18 to 20.
