Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 sq. baking chocolate, chipped
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place sugar, chocolate, light corn syrup, butter and salt in a saucepan and heat slowly, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover until boiling point is reached.
    Cook without stirring until temperature is 240\u00b0.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Let cool until lukewarm.
    Beat until creamy, adding milk until mixture loses its shine.
    Pour into a greased square pan.
    Cut into squares.
