Blue Cheese Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (4 oz.) crumbled Blue cheese
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat together Blue cheese and 1/4 cup sour cream. Fold in remaining sour cream.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve as a spread for crackers, as a \"dunk\" for breadsticks and celery or as a filling for celery stalks.
