Cheesy Vegetable Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart glass bowl.
    Microwave at Medium-high for 2 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring at 1 minute intervals with a wire whisk.
    Serve over cooked broccoli, cauliflower or even potatoes.
