Tabbouleh(Can Be Served As An Appetizer Or A Side Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. bulgur wheat
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
    8 green onions, chopped
    3-inch piece cucumber, chopped
    1 bunch fresh mint, chopped
    1 bunch parsley, chopped
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and black pepper
Preparation
    Cover the bulgur with water and let it swell about 20 minutes. Drain well.
    Arrange the lettuce leaves around the edge of 4 serving dishes.
    Combine all the remaining ingredients with the bulgur and pile on the serving dishes.
    Serve with warm pita bread, Souvlakia, Tzatziki, perhaps a tossed salad with oil and vinegar dressing and a light Italian ice for dessert.
