Hawaiian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks (in juice)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. beef round steak, cut into strips
    1 medium green pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Drain pineapple chunks; reserve juice.
    Combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and pepper; reserve.
    Stir-fry beef with oil in a wok or skillet until brown.
    Add green pepper and 2 tablespoons water to wok.
    Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add pineapple chunks, juice and tomatoes to the wok.
    Add the reserved mixture.
    Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens.
    Serve over rice.
