Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 egg whites, beaten until stiff
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    4 egg yolks
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and margarine.
    Add egg yolks.
    Cream until light.
    Add buttermilk and lemon extract.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted into pie.
