Oyster Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh oysters or more
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make a batter of eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir the oysters into the batter and drop by spoonfuls into deep hot fat.
    Cook until golden brown on each side.
