Bruschette(Italian Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread, sliced
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt & pepper to taste
    2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Preparation
    Mix together tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and refrigerate (covered) at least overnight.
