Microwave Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (low-fat)
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. frozen peas
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
    6 oz. boneless chicken breast (skinless)
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation
    Cut boneless chicken into 1/2-inch cubes.
    In a dish, combine soup, milk, peas, pimento and chives.
    In a colander toss together chicken, mushrooms and broccoli.
    Place colander in a dish.
    Cover and cook on 100% power (High) for 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and broccoli is tender.
    Stir chicken mixture once.
    Stir chicken mixture into soup mixture.
    Spoon over toasted muffins.
    Serves 2.
