Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast, softened in 1/2 c. hot water
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    2 c. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. instant onion
    4 tsp. dill seed
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients, except softened dry yeast, in a large bowl.
    Add
    water and yeast mixture.\tStir in 4 1/2 to 5 cups water to
    make stiff dough.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size.
    Stir dough down.
    Put into 2 well greased casseroles; shape
    and
    let
    rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    When done, brush with butter.
