Baked Navy Beans(Slow Cooker) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. dry navy beans (3 c.)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. dark molasses
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 lb. salt pork
Preparation
    Cook dry beans in water until softened, 3 times the volume of water to beans, about 30 minutes.
    Let stand for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until softened.
    Drain and put in crock-pot with all ingredients well mixed.
    Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (high 4 to 6 hours), stirring occasionally.
