Swedish Pie Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 1/2 c. flour
2 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
Preparation

With blender or pastry cutter, mix lard, flour, sugar and salt to crumble stage.
Add slightly beaten egg and milk.
Mix well. This is an easy crust to handle and can be rerolled without toughening.
Extra can be made into pie crusts and frozen or covered and kept in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
Yield: 3 double crusts.
