2 qt. ripe tomatoes*
2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. red peppers
1/2 c. green peppers
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. vinegar
Preparation

*Measure the tomatoes after they are peeled and chopped and juice and seeds have been removed.
