Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up frying chicken (3 lb. or so)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan while oven is preheating to 425\u00b0.
    Remove and set aside.
    In plastic bag, mix well the remaining ingredients except chicken.
    Add chicken, 2 pieces at a time, and shake until well coated.
    Place chicken in pan skin side down.
    Bake 35 minutes.
    Turn and bake another 15 to 20 minutes, or until it is fork-tender.
