Easy Penuche Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Melt margarine and stir in brown sugar.
Cook until bubbly. Remove from heat.
Add milk and beat until smooth.
Add confectioners sugar until desired consistency.
