Upside-Down Apple-Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked 9 or 10-inch pastry circles
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. pecans
    6 c. sliced apples
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In 9 or 10-inch pie plate, spread the combined sugar and butter in bottom of plate.
    Place pecans over sugar mixture and press in.
    Now, place 1 pastry circle over sugar mixture, leaving the edge hanging over.
