Pound Cake Made Healthy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    3 egg whites (1/3 c. egg substitute)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. vanilla nonfat yogurt
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, beating 4 minutes or until well blended.
    Add vanilla and almond. Beat at low speed until well blended.
    Set aside.
    Combine flour, soda and salt. Add alternately with yogurt to creamed mixture. Use flour first and last.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 65 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Contains 150 calories per 1/2-inch slice.
    No cholesterol.
