Pork Roast And Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork loin roast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
sliced apples
Preparation

Combine salt, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon and rub over roast, saving some for apples.
Place roast fat side up in shallow roasting pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. During the last half hour, add apples to pan and sprinkle with remaining spice mixture.
Cover roast and let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
