Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. tomatoes (measured after they are peeled and chopped)
1 c. sweet onions, chopped
2 green peppers
2 scant Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Cook slowly until thick.
May be doubled or tripled.
