Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. (16 oz.) Del Monte pumpkin
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell, unbaked
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (13 oz.)
Preparation
    Combine eggs and pumpkin.
    Blend sugar, spice, flour and salt. Mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell; bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clear.
    Cool.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Serves 8.
